Partner Christopher Beckman co-authored a book concerning the new U.S. Organizational Sentencing Guidelines, following the Sarbanes-Oxley Act, along with Day Pitney LLP attorneys Sabino Rodriguez, James Bowers, Edgardo Ramos and Helen Harris.

The book was published by the National Legal Center for the Public Interest (NALP), in 2004.

The National Legal Center for the Public Interest has since merged with the American Enterprise Institute for Public Policy Research, headquartered in Washington, D.C.
