Hoa T. Nguyen

Hoa Nguyen is a partner of Beckman, Burns & Nguyen, based in the Connecticut office. Hoa is admitted to practice in Connecticut, including state and federal courts.  He is also a member of the Connecticut Bar Association.

Hoa has broad litigation experience spanning over a decade in a variety of business and individual client matters, including business law, real estate and family law.  Prior to joining Beckman, Burns & Nguyen, Hoa was Associate Counsel with Milano & Wanat LLC, a commercial and civil litigation law firm operating throughout Connecticut.  At Milano & Wanat, Hoa tried several jury cases to favorable verdicts for his clients and was lead counsel on million dollar cases, which were resolved in his clients' favor.

Hoa attended the University of Connecticut School of Law, where he was a member of the Moot Court Board. Hoa also obtained his Bachelor's degree from the University of Connecticut, where he majored in Economics and graduated magna cum laude.

Hoa Nguyen is an active member of the Vietnamese community in Connecticut. Hoa is fluent in Vietnamese, and has represented hundreds of Vietnamese and Vietnamese-American clients in a variety of issues. Hoa serves as a Board Member and Vice President for VietCT Inc., a non-profit organization serving the Vietnamese community by providing, among other things, free computer classes, free tax services for the elderly and academic scholarships to high school students entering college. Hoa also provides pro bono legal counsel to the Vietnamese Mutual Assistance Assocation of Connecticut, Inc., a non-profit organization that was established in 1980 to provide assistance to Vietnamese refugees.
